THE PIER started with a simple idea in January 2019 at the retro bar “Scotch and Sofa” in Berlin, somewhere between a couple of Whiskey Sours, Aperol Spritzes and good conversations.

A few months later, Linus and Jonas brought the idea to life and opened THE PIER in Inkoo. What started as a black container by the sea quickly turned into on of the summer’s favourite hangout spots. Think chilled music, sunsets, live music, great vibes and drinks worth coming back for.

At THE PIER, we love serving well-made cocktails and mocktails in a relaxing waterfront setting where evenings easily turns into late nights. And now, there’s even more to enjoy – with tasty snacks being served alongside your drinks.

In spring 2026, THE PIER entered a new chapter as Bistro Lande took over the operations. The vibes stay the same – a place where everyone’s welcome. See you at THE PIER!
