OUR STORY

The origin of The Pier can be traced back to January 2019, when the idea was conceived in a retro-style bar called "Scotch and Sofa" in Berlin over a few Whiskey Sours and Aperol Spritzes.

Six months later, Linus and Jonas brought their vision to life by opening a bar and revolutionizing the bar experience in Inkoo. Their unique black container and eco-friendly pallet sofas, paired with an enticing menu of drinks, relaxed house music, and a warm atmosphere, have established The Pier as a go-to destination during the summer season.

In spring 2026, The Pier changed ownership. Bistro Lande takes over operations going forward, including the snack bar on the terrace, continuing to welcome guests to this beloved waterside spot.
